Michael has been with the AUB Group for over 27 years, and in the insurance industry for 35 years as a general broker and for the last 17 years of those as a Life Insurance specialist. Michael has a wealth of experience as a business leader, and as an insurance broker. Michael has qualifications in both life insurance and general insurance, and his area of expertise is business succession planning, personal wealth protection, and group risk insurance.
Michael is a member of the Association of Financial Advisers (AFA), Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and the recipient of the inaugural Millennium3 Foster Martin Award for his collaborative professional approach to help shape the future of the Millennium3 group.

Director, Principal Adviser, Authorised Representative
Ben is one of our Next Gen advisers focusing on tailored risk insurance strategies for personal and business clients, and he also supports our existing clients with our annual review service. Ben has been in the industry for over 8 years, and joined us in 2011. Ben holds a Bachelor degree, Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, and is currently completing a Masters in Financial Planning. His main focus is on corporate employee benefits, SME’s, the legal profession, pilots and covering clients across Australia.
Ben moved to Sydney in 2010 to be with his now wife, and they plan to start a family in the next few years. Although injuries are taking longer to heal from; he still plays rugby and enjoys a physical challenge having recently completed 2 Ironman triathlons.

Nick is new to the Financial Services profession and joined us in 2016. Nick holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, and is a qualified solicitor with a Master of Law and Business degree. Nick recently relocated to Sydney after almost 5 years in Hamburg working in logistics and maritime insurance as well as completing his Masters degree.

Brigitte joined ABFS in December 2017 as part of the acquisition of Easyplan Financial Services, after having been part of the Easyplan business for many years. Brigitte is an experienced financial adviser, and is located in our Wollongong office.

Anthony De Rosa
Anthony joined the AFS team in 2017 and attained his Authorised Representative status in February 2018. Anthony holds the Diploma of Financial Services (FP), and a Diploma of Business. Anthony’s advisory experience includes time in Asia as a private banker and implementing corporate insurance policies. Anthony has also spent time assisting rural Australian clients as a financial planner.
Anthony works closely with our Advisers & Client Services team to provide services, advice and claims assistance to our clients, and is located in our Sydney office.

Exceptional Client Services & Operations
Kate has over 12 years experience in Operations and General management, and has been with ABFS since 2011. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business degree from UTS and the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, and currently oversees all administrative and general management functions in the business, including the ever changing compliance requirements. Kate is the proud recipient of the Millennium3 Practice Manager of the Year Client Service Award for 2017.

Client Services Manager (Trainee)
Angela joined the ABFS team in July 2017 as a new recruit to the Financial Services profession. Angela graduated from UNSW in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance & HR Management. In her leisure time, Angela enjoys weight lifting as one of her hobbies. Angela works closely with our Advisers & Client Services team in our Sydney office.

Sharon joined the ABFS team in October 2017 after having been in Education for many years. Sharon previously worked in banking before taking leave to look after her family. Anna joined the ABFS team as part of the ABFS acquisition of EasyPlan Financial Services in December 2017, after joining EasyPlan in 2005. Anna holds a Private Secretarial Diploma, Certificate in Computer Programming & Information Processing, and Database III Advanced Programming.
Anna has an extensive career in administration & client services support having previously worked with BlueScope & GIO. Anna assists Brigitte in our Wollongong office.

Jenny graduated from UWS with a Bachelor of Business (Applied Finance) – majoring in International Business Management, and has also completed the Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Jenny has been working with ABFS since 2010 and in the financial services industry since 2003. Jenny supports our advisers with our new clients & existing clients.
Marketing & Client Services Officer
Christina (aka Chris) has worked in the financial services industry since 1983 with experience in both general insurance and life insurance. Chris worked with Taggart Nominees for many years prior to the ABFS acquisition of Taggart Nominees in July 2012. Chris has completed qualifications in financial services and business management. Chris assists with marketing for the Group, and provides administration support to the team.
